  • Pricing:All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and exclude taxes, shipping fees, and customs duties (for international orders). We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice.

4. Orders and Payment

  • Order Placement:An order is confirmed when you receive an email notification with an order number. We reserve the right to reject orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
  • Payment:We accept PayPal, Oceanpayment, and Visa. Payment must be received in full before order processing begins.
  • Custom Orders:Custom-designed porcelain requires a 50% deposit upfront. Full payment is due before shipment. Custom orders are non-refundable unless the product is defective.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Domestic Shipping:Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days. Tracking information will be provided via email.
  • International Shipping:Delivery times vary by country (typically 8–20 business days) and may be subject to customs delays. Customers are responsible for import duties and taxes.
  • Damaged Items:Inspect packages upon delivery. If items are damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos for a replacement or refund.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Eligibility:Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. Custom orders and clearance items are non-returnable.
