1. Packaging Standards

To ensure the safe delivery of fragile porcelain products, all packages must comply with the following standards:

  • Inner Packaging:
    • Each porcelain item must be individually wrapped in 2–3 layers of bubble wrap (minimum thickness: 3mm).
    • Fill empty spaces in the inner box with foam peanuts or air cushions to prevent movement during transit.
    • Use rigid cardboard boxes (minimum thickness: 5mm) for inner packaging; avoid flimsy or recycled boxes.
  • Outer Packaging:
    • Use double-walled corrugated cardboard boxes (minimum bursting strength: 200 lbs) for outer packaging.
    • Seal all seams with reinforced packing tape (minimum width: 5cm); apply 3 strips of tape along each edge (top, bottom, and sides).
    • Label outer boxes with “FRAGILE” and “HANDLE WITH CARE” stickers in bold red font (minimum size: 10cm × 10cm).
