Logistics & Shipping Terms

1. Delivery Scope
Cerlum1384 provides international shipping to most countries and regions worldwide, excluding the following due to logistical restrictions or legal regulations:
- Countries under international sanctions or trade restrictions.
- Regions with unstable political situations or inadequate postal services (e.g., certain remote islands, conflict zones).

2. Delivery Timeframes
- Standard International Shipping:8–20 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination country and customs clearance efficiency.
- Remote Areas:Additional 3–5 business days may be required for regions with limited transportation access (e.g., rural areas, mountainous regions).
- Customs Delays:Delivery times may be extended due to unforeseen customs inspections or administrative procedures. Cerlum1384 is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on thedestination country,package weight, anddimensions, and are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation. Costs include:
- Basic freight (charged per kilogram or cubic meter, whichever is higher).
- Handling fees for packaging and logistics processing.
- Fuel surcharges (subject to fluctuations in global fuel prices).
Example: For shipments to the United States, the minimum shipping fee is $25 for packages ≤1kg; additional $8/kg for weights exceeding 1kg.
4. Customs Duties & Taxes
- Responsibility:The customer is solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country.
- Declaration:Cerlum1384 will provide a commercial invoice with accurate product descriptions, quantities, and declared values to facilitate customs clearance. Declared values are based on the actual order amount (excluding shipping fees).
- Refusal of Duties:If the customer refuses to pay customs duties, the package may be returned, destroyed, or seized by local authorities. Cerlum1384 will not issue refunds for such cases, and return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
5. Package Tracking
- Tracking Number:A unique tracking number will be provided via email within 24 hours of shipment.
- Tracking Platform:Customers can track packages through the official website of the designated logistics provider (e.g., DHL, FedEx, or regional postal services) using the tracking number.
- Updates:Tracking information may take 1–2 business days to reflect after shipment, depending on the logistics provider’s system updates.
6. Exception Handling
- Delayed Shipments:If delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe by 5+ business days, contact cerlum1384@outlook.com with the tracking number. We will investigate with the logistics provider and provide updates within 3 business days.
- Lost Packages:If the tracking status shows “delivered” but the package is not received, or no tracking updates are available for 15+ days, customers must report the issue within 30 days of shipment. Cerlum1384 will coordinate with the logistics provider to file a claim; refunds or reshipments will be arranged if the package is confirmed lost.
- Damaged Items:Inspect packages immediately upon delivery. For damaged porcelain products:
- Take clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and damaged items.
- Notify us at cerlum1384@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- A replacement or full refund will be processed after the damage is verified (no return of damaged items is required unless requested by the logistics provider for claim purposes).
